According to paragraph 2 of Article 24 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Constitutional proceedings " in the result of essentially considering the case the Constitutional Court makes a decision, rendering in the name of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic. Other acts of the Constitutional Court accepted in the form of a protocol or a separate ascertainment.

Decision of the Constitutional Court adopted by the open vote and will be adopted if it receives a majority of judges’ votes presenting at the meeting. Voting will be provided by the roll-call of the judges, resulting in the voting procedure is reflected in the special protocol of vote.

The case is adjudicated on the merits, in the case of fully or partially satisfied, or dismisses a claim in claimed requirements.

Decision of the Constitutional court is final, and is not subject to appeal. Acts and requirements of the Constitutional Court within the competence shall be enforced by all governmental bodies, legal entities, officials and citizens.
